Not too long ago I received a gift that was presented to me in a gift bag. Interestingly, it had someone else's name on it, indicating that this gift bag was a Re-Use. Now it should be stated that I do appreciate the idea of recycling and reusing; however, do not leave evidence of said practice. Additionally, presenting the random gift in a plastic bag would be just as effective as I could later use the bag as a doggie-poop-bag.
